Who was Lina Morgana?

Reportedly born 11 Jan 1989, Morgana was an upwards-and-coming singer-songwriter from Staten Isle, New York. She was of Russian descent and her divorced parents were supportive of her career path.

The then-xix-year-old had her foot in the door through record producer Rob Fusari. He had worked with the likes of Destiny Child and Whitney Houston.

Less than two months later on on 4 October 2008, it was reported Morgana had jumped from the roof of Staten Isle Hotel, Graniteville. According to SILive, she was taken to hospital in grave condition and later passed away.

Morgana's mother, Yana, was involved in a legal boxing with the hotel. She accused them of wrongful death, every bit noted in the document published by Casetext.
